Hardware Repairs - SPSI has performed literally tens of thousands of hardware repairs over the years. We have qualified technicians who can diagnose and resolve issues. We have provided service to individuals, small business, large business and many other computer/IT companies.   

Data Recovery - Many companies offer data recovery, but few if any others will not charge for the attempt. Not all drive failures will give up data without the great expense of going to a clean room. Most repair companies will charge to attempt to get data. They will get paid whether they get data or not. At SPSI we will only benefit if we are successful when it comes to data recovery. This puts the onus on us to try as much as possible. Why would you try anywhere else?

Note: Clean rooms are required if the hard drive has to be dismantled to recover data. This is necessary if the failure of the hard drive is severe. Clean rooms are expensive even if the data is not salvageable.

Virus Removal - Computer viruses are very prevalent today and can affect computers that are running up to date antivirus programs. A computer virus is nothing more than a program written by people who are trying to cause issues. They may be disgruntled or simply trying to prove their talents, but in most cases today, they are looking for private information such as: passwords or credit card information. This has become big business. New viruses are being written on a daily basis to get around antivirus programs. If one of these viruses get into your system, it is very difficult if not impossible for the antivirus program to remove it. This is because the virus is aware of the antivirus program and has modified or restrained the antivirus program.

Computer Performance Optimization -    Many different factors can affect your computers performance. This can range from not enough resources involving computer RAM (random access memory) or hard drive space or necessary applications and/or un-necessary or unwanted applications tying up these resources.  

SPSI has many proven techniques to identify and resolve the issue to increase the computer performance. Sometimes this requires added or replaced hardware and in many cases simply requires removing un-necessary applications such as computer viruses as described in Virus Removal.

Data Transfer - In the case of upgrading your computer to a new one SPSI can help transfer data from the old computer to the new one. Data transfers can be time consuming and even tricky if you are not familiar with what files that are necessary to transfer.
